A stream of young professionals braves long waits at this loud Davis Square barbecue restaurant for gigantic portions of comfort food. Ribs, pulled pork, Cajun "dirty rice" (with chicken livers, ground pork, and spices), and pecan pie are house specialties. Another draw is the Barbecue Belt plate that lets diners sample smoked beef brisket, Memphis ribs, Arkansas ribs, beef ribs, beans and slaw. Redbones recently launched a first-in-Boston valet service for bicycles, available all day Sunday and every night during the week.
If you go to Redbone`s Barbecue, you`ll find an eatery that serves up American food and is most sought for their barbecue. Expect the average entrée to cost for the most part in the range of $8 to $12, and dress casual.
Atmosphere: Table talk is challenging here - you may find yourself shouting.
