Reservations are hard to come by at this airy theater district favorite. (Call at 11:00 a.m. exactly one week ahead of the day you plan to visit. The day will be booked within the half hour.) The menu offers salads of asparagus, taleggio and tomatoes, and of scallops, calamari and mussels, as well as first course pastas like farfalle with goat cheese, grilled radicchio, pistachios and cream, and tagliarini with mushrooms, sage and brown butter. The entree selection includes roasted salmon, grilled, spicy sausages with a mixed herb sauce, and veal medallions with prosciutto, zucchini, and capers.
