The chef has created a superb menu, ranging from delicate sauces to spicy traditional szechwan dishes. If you`re a fan of spicy food, there are two appetizers you don`t want to miss: The Dan Dan Noodles and the Dried Sauteed String Beans.
The Management: Some of you may remember the owner`s previous venture, the excellent Broad Ripple Chinese Restaurant. After closing to take an extended vacation to visit family in Taiwan, they began anew and reopened Cheng Du several years ago. The owners continue to serve what may very well be the best and most authentic Chinese food in Indianapolis.
