This loud and tacky tropical-theme restaurant looks like a college hangout and regularly packs them in for nightly drink specials, satellite TV on three giant screens, and live regg` on Tuesday nights. The island food can be hit or miss, but after a few fruity drinks, no one seems to know the difference.
