Le Streghe means "Witch" in Italian, so it`s no wonder that this small restaurant is so popular at night. Open until 4:00 a.m., with its funky, industrial-steel bar and blue neon accents softened by fresh pots of flowers on every table, Le Streghe draws in tourists exploring the downtown scene, couples out for romantic late-night suppers, and regulars who just enjoy coming back for the casual Italian menu. The multicolored, many-textured decor can feel a bit contrived, but if you`re in the right mood for late night dining, the simple, flavorful food more than compensates.
This upscale restaurant offers guests an Italian menu. Expect the average entrée to cost between $12 and $20, and visitors for the most part go dressed casual, but fashionable.
Atmosphere: The lighting is set quite dim. This is a white tableclothe restaurant. With seating for 50 people, the restaurant has a romantic atmosphere and attracts a middle aged clientele.
More Reasons to Go: Enjoy live music as a part of your experience at this restaurant. Le Streghe is appropriate (if not ideal) for anniversaries and other romantic evenings.
