A fun, lively bistro with a friendly French owner, Georges Forgeois, and a largely French wait staff--but not the snooty kind. Good choices include chicken fricassee, moules frites, fish soup with rouille, rabbit stew with vegetables and red wine sauce, and duck with port wine and a pyramid of fried leeks. Live jazz nightly and an accordion player at brunch make it even more festive, and there`s a tempting wine and beer list. With so many Euros and Europhiles it can get smoky, but you`ve got to be laissez-faire about it.
