Mandarin, Szechuan and Hunan cooking are the influences here, and although it doesn`t look like a garden, it is expansive and received a flattering face-lift last year. The best dishes are hot and crispy whole sea bass, an entire Peking duck, grilled sea and lake treasures in sizzling rice, and Chuchow Three Delights with beef, scallops, chicken, snow peas and mushrooms. Even though the food is not as elevated here as it is at other nearby spots, it`s reliable, clean and friendly, and the Polynesian drinks are terrific.
If you go to Hunan Garden, you`ll find a place that serves you Chinese cooking and is most sought for their seafood.
