Burners are set on each table for a Cantonese-style fire pot dinner, in which you pick your own raw meat, fish and vegetables from a buffet larder to cook up yourself. If you want someone else to do the cooking order sea scallops in black peppercorn sauce, prawns in Grand Marnier with walnuts, or morsels of lobster and chicken breast blended with vegetables. There`s a full salad bar, dark wood tables and chairs, and live Chinese opera every Tuesday.
Hsf serves a Chinese menu. Expect to pay $12 to $20 per person.
