Rollicking every night with a mixed crowd of West Villagers and families, the Hog Pit is a down-home outpost serving delicious baby back ribs, fried green tomatoes, chitterlings and chicken fried steak. Skulls and boar heads adorn the walls and each table is set with a Corona six-pack filled with saucy condiments. Pool tables and a 60s jukebox add to the party atmosphere, as does the friendly staff and the presence of Tennessee-born cook Terrie Mangrum who is never seen without her cowboy hat.
