The food has improved at this picture-perfect seaport restaurant that serves expensive American-Continental cuisine. From tables inside and out, there are spectacular views of the water and Brooklyn Bridge, and it`s a favorite of upscale European tourists. The best first courses are Maine lobster salad, Chesapeake Bay crab cakes, and skillet shrimp. Entrees include roast ahi tuna with Caribbean-style gazpacho, barbecued swordfish, Creole bouillabaisse, and grilled filet mignon. Linger and sip from the nine wines offered by the glass, and the nine American handcrafted beers.
Visiting Harbour Lights, you`ll find a place that focuses on American meals dominated by seafood. Expect the average entrée to cost roughly $20 to $30, and you should dress casual, but fashionable.
Atmosphere: You`ll be able to take in the river view from many seats at this restaurant. Structurally, the restaurant utilizes glass and windows. The place is very spacious with seating for 400 people.
Eating & Drinking: Open for lunch and dinner. There`s a Sunday brunch for $10-18 per person. Click for a sample menu.
Details to Note: Reservations are accepted. Entrances and walkways are wheelchair friendly. Parking has been arranged for customers.
