The suburban Temple has been redesigned, and, with its new granite and brass fixtures, it has an Anywhere, USA sort of feel. Perhaps that`s the point: families still gravitate to this very American Chinese for an eight-page menu that sashays from almond chicken to Zinfandel shrimp.
