"Laissez les bons temps rouler," commands a sign at this Symphony Southerner. And the good times do roll: Spicy Cajun, blues, and zydeco tunes complement flavorful N`awlins preparations like crab-and-shrimp gumbo, fried alligator tail, jalapeno corn bread, and, of course, jambalaya.
If you try out Dixie Kitchen, you`ll find an eatery that concentrates on Cajun meals. Expect the average entrée to cost $8 to $12, and visitors are quite appropriate when dressed casual.
