A glassed-in glamour predominates at this Tuscan farmhouse-style ristorante, which offers elevated--and sort of expensive--Italian fare from the same partners as the more breezy Bar Pitti. To begin there¦s a carpaccio of the day, bread salad with roasted peppers, grilled sausage with broccoli rabe, and specials like blue point oysters and bresaola. Luigi always prepares a superlative fish of the day, and rich pastas like rigatoni with double smoked bacon, sage, garlic, white wine and cream, and meat tortellini with cream, butter and sage. The moist rosemary foccacia is homemade.
Visiting Da Silvano, you`ll find a restaurant that focuses on Italian cooking. Expect to pay in the range of $20 to $30 per person.
