As you approach China Fun, you can look through the large front windows and see whole roasted meats hanging from hooks, as well as a coterie of cooks busily folding dumplings, steaming, stirring, and chopping. Inside the clean, cafeteria-like setting there is a sense of urgency about getting the food out to the diners. The inexpensive menu is an overwhelming list of dim sum, soups, noodles, fried rice dishes, Cantonese-style barbecued meats, and sizzling hot plates.
