There`s a slightly unnerving florescent glow at this contemporary Chinese restaurant, but flowers are on each table and what`s lacking in decor is made up for by extremely friendly and quick service. Chef Ho`s is known for home-style dumplings; marinated pan-seared beef tenderloin flecked with diced orange peel, garlic, and ginger; and prawns dipped in salt and pepper, lightly fried, and topped with scallions. Those with special diets are welcome to create their own healthy dishes.
