This relatively new businessman`s haunt has highly rated regional Italian cuisine with an emphasis on Tuscany. The upscale country setting has saffron walls, a bunted mauve ceiling, and a sideboard piled with marinating jars of fruit and vegetables. Another sideboard holds exquisitely shaped bottles of grappa and fresh, delectable desserts. Chef Dino Arpaia prepares pasta filled with shiitake mushrooms, spinach, veal, and mozzarella, suckling baby pig, and wild striped bass baked in foil with white wine, lemon, herbs and garlic.
If you go to Cellini, you`ll find a restaurant that focuses on an Italian cuisine. Expect the average entrée to cost $12 to $20, and dress casual.
