Outside this precious white-stuccoed Spanish dwelling are celebrity photos bequeathed by patrons Shelley Winters and Whoopi Goldberg, and inside are murals of Galicia, paintings of flamenco dancers, guitars hung everywhere, and sprightly mariachi music. For 20 years they`ve been serving low-priced lobster, garlicky mariscada (mixed seafood), p`lla, chicken in rum sauce, and lots of other seafood, pork and veal specialties. What sets it apart fromother old Spanish spots is a slew of solid Mexican dishes too, including combination platters of tacos, tostadas, tamales and enchiladas. If you`re driving, park at the Minetta Garage (122 W. 3rd St.).
