This is more of a fast-food Middle Eastern stand than a real restaurant. Although Aladdin has been open for several years, the ultra-spare decor makes it look as if they`re still moving in. Still, with its selection of standard Middle Eastern foods, from falafel and tabbouleh to kebabs, it fills a vital niche in this neighborhood. The airy dining room (no smoking allowed) is a nice place to relax with an afternoon cup of coffee.
If you try out Aladdin Café, you`ll find a place that serves up a Middle Eastern menu. Expect the average entrée to cost under $8.
