joaquintrigueros - The boiled crawfish + corn + potatoes were probably boiled in plain water. They were certainly spiced up on the outside after the fact. I politely sent a note to the kitchen suggesting Zatarain's crab boil. Both waitress and cook (whoever it was back there) shrugged, suggesting `whatever`... I'm not going back to this place.
