U.S. chic has made a welcome comeback in culinary circles, and Zinfandel, named appropriately for the distinctly American wine it favors, is a crowning example of the new haute Americana. Decorated in deep earthy reds and built in different levels around a handsome bar, the ambiance is at once comfortable and sophisticated. Every month, Zinfandel highlights a different ethnic and/or regional cuisine, and choice of cuisine is based on seasonal availability. All their liquor, wine, and beer are made in the U.S.A.
With focus on American dishes, this is a place. Expect to pay between $20 and $30 per person.
