When you enter Via Emilia, you are greeted by a display of Italian cooking certificates, which attest to the solid training and talent of the co-chef, Lino Artese, who, along with Luca Corazzina, created the menu that has made this restaurant so popular. Fine old prints of Bologna, Artese`s home town, adorn the walls adding to the pleasant atmosphere. The veal medallions in lemon sauce are recommended, as is tagliatelle with -- what else? -- Bolognese tomato sauce.
