The turtles in the little pool at the bottom of the staircase are about the only lively elements of the decor in this rather neglected place. The absolutely standard food, too, is somewhat lackluster. Nevertheless, the restaurant is never empty, perhaps because the dining room has one of the best street views in Chinatown.
Royal Pacific is a place that serves patrons Cantonese and Chinese dishes. Expect to pay in the range of $8 to $12 per person.
