The front room of Rosal`s feels like a true Sicilian cucina, with a handful of tables, photo-covered walls, and a rough wooden floor. Chef Salvator Perri is frequently found chatting with patrons as they devour his homemade pastas. The menu is familiar, to be sure, but the specials are hardly ordinary: check out the black-winged ostrich ravioli. This is a good place to sample a variety of dishes, since Perri will make half-portions of pretty much anything on the menu (including the ostrich).
If you try out Rosal`s Cucina, you`ll find a restaurant that concentrates on an Italian cuisine. Expect the average entrée to cost for the most part in the range of $12 to $20, and dress casual.
