Atmosphere: The restaurant has an urban/art deco and eclectic décor with a jazz theme. The interior is enhanced by consignment artwork and flowers and plants, and the lighting is by the glow of candle flame.
The restaurant is small with seating for 50 people, and is intimate and romantic and frequented by professionals and couples. Table talk is no problem here - noise level is unobtrusive.

About the Chef: Chef/owner Andy Howell is a veteran of the Richmond restaurant scene, having opened the Zeus Gallery Cafe in 1991, Portabella of Petersburg in 1994 and Swift Creek Mill Restaurant in Chesterfield in 1999.
