With culinary focus on a traditional South American and Brazilian fare and is most sought for their steaks, seafood and variety, this is an upscale grill. Expect the average entrée to cost $12 to $20, and enjoy an all-you-can-eat menu for $12-$20 per person. Plan to dress up -- on the nicer side.
Atmosphere: The architectural design is very detailed. The establishment has an elegant and luxurious décor with a tropical theme. The interior is accented by oak, enhanced by murals and tropical plants, and the lighting is soft. Ceiling fans compliment the restaurant`s style, and there are hardwood floors.
The restaurant has three dining rooms with seating for 240 people. It is cozy and comfortable and relaxed and attracts a prim and proper clientele. Table talk is no problem here - noise level is unobtrusive. Also, you`ll notice that there is a visible kitchen.
More Reasons to Go: Enjoy live music as a part of your experience at this restaurant on the weekend. And, for your viewing pleasure, there is access to satellite television stations. Brazas Brazilian Grill is appropriate (if not ideal) for impressing clients, birthdays, anniversaries, other romantic evenings, groups and private parties; also, the restaurant is often frequented prior the theatre. When weather permits, enjoy seating outside on the terrace.
Eating & Drinking: Open for lunch and dinner. There`s a buffet, plus a salad bar. The menu here at Brazas Brazilian Grill is rewritten frequently to stay fresh and creative based on availability given the time of year. The cuisine here is influenced by traditional South-American gaucho`s(cowboys) that used to sit around an open fire grilling several types of meats and serving them in a rotisserie style. We`ve taken this traditional concept and turned it into a contemporary style of dining. Some of the more popular menu items include: Sirloin, Prime Rib, Chicken, Home-Made Sausage, Skirt Steak, Flank Steak, Venison, Quail, Ostrich, Rabbit, and many more meats that are brought out to your table sizzling from the grill on a sword-sized skewer and carved directly on to your plate.
A full selection of alcoholic beverages are served, and you`ll find that there is a superb wine list with vintage options. In addition, the restaurant has both a lounge and a seated bar inside.
