About the Chef: Anthony DiPiazza is a veteran New Orleans chef, who once had his own intimate restaurant in the French Quarter. He brings his years of experience to bear on an Italian menu that covers the classics, with a few Creole influences. Despite occasional missteps, DiPiazza aims for Sicilain comfort food to satisfy any movie mobster.
The Management: Anthony Segreto has turned around a few local restaurants in his time, including the 1980s renaissance of Broussard`s in the Quarter. He`s has transformed what was once a seedy punk rock bar into an upscale Italian trattoria that trades in the scent of money. Well connected locals enjoy the scene, with its witty waiters and clubby Lexus atmosphere.
