Before or after dinner--or skipping dinner altogether--repair to Kashmir, a sexy, noirish lounge beneath Union Pacific. Done in deep reds and animal prints, the mood is elegant decadence. Fine wines, champagnes and beauteous cocktails that glint in the darkness are served along with refined finger food such as caviar, oysters, tuna tartare, Asian hand rolls, and foie gras dumplings.
