Gunter Seeger is the unrivaled chef-about-town, and this is his very own place (his name on it alone is sufficient for its success). Actually, there is no sign with Gunter`s name on the place, as it just doesn`t need it -- the hype is so well laid-down. When Seeger`s opened in late 1997, within 24 hours it was booked solidly for two and a half months. This is the place to be seen and the place to find unparalleled preparation and presentation of food and wine.
