About the Chef: Executive Chef Martine Venegas came to Donovan`s from a local 5-Star resort property known for its attention to detail, which Martine has instilled into every cook on his staff at Donovan`s. Martine will accept nothing but the best from his suppliers as well as his staff.
The Management: Managing Partner Jim MacDonough has over thirty years restaurant experience, primarily in the steakhouse business. Jim is fully committed to exceeding guest expectations, and it shows in the Donovan`s dining experience.
Details to Note: Reservations are suggested. Smoking is fine in the cigar parlor. It should be noted that this is an adult oriented establishment where children are not appropriate. The restaurant stays open late. Free parking is available for customers.
