This newcomer to Virginia-Highland is a little noisy, but it`s decorated with a fine, tasteful hand (the wall-painting is extraordinary). The chef established himself at Taste of New Orleans and has extended his repertoire to include a bit of almost every other cuisine. The menu changes seasonally, although some offerings are kept year-round, and great things are expected of Tiburon.
Serving American food, this is a restaurant. Expect the average entrée to cost between $8 and $12, and go dressed casual.
Atmosphere: The eatery has an elegant décor. The interior is enhanced by artwork that might rival a gallery collection, and the lighting is fairly dark. The fireplace adds to the atmosphere and mood here. The place is relaxed.
