Flash is more like it. Flashy and splashy, Fish is really a beacon for good taste in Adventura. The large dining room is decked out like the inside of a fish bowl, as blue and greens run throughout the space. The day of their soft opening everyone who was anyone (in this business) came to congratulate the owners, Myles Cheftez and chef Mich`l Schwartz. Sure to be a classic, the menu is simple, yet the presentations are excellent. Don`t miss some of the chef`s specials or the house desserts.
Fish And Oyster Bar is a place that serves an Italian cuisine. Expect the average entrée to cost in the range of $12 to $20, and dress casual.
