Pell Street is one of the most beguiling and Blade Runner-esque alleyways in Chinatown, and although this eatery has no atmospheric personality to match its environs, the vegetarian food is full of color. Dim sum is excellent and served all day, such as deep-fried, tasty "treasure balls," mock roast pork buns, and mock shrimp dumplings.
