A slick space owned by an international restaurant empire, Sumo`s sushi is quality-controlled but not terribly exciting. To illustrate the name, big butts and glaring faces of sumo wrestlers are exaggeratedly painted on the walls, but you can turn your back and sit instead at the eggplant-colored sushi bar. All of the usual items are offered in addition to several vegetarian choices. The service can be harried and impersonal.
