The cuisine of Southeast Asia is served in a sweet, small room resembling a country kitchen done in burnished colors. It`s more a place for locals than wandering tourists, and in nice weather there`s outdoor seating both in front and back. Dishes, all prepared with a light touch, have more Vietnamese influence than anything. Recommended plates include imperial rolls with shrimp, pork and chicken; grilled chicken marinated with lemongrass and honey; and Thai red curry with beef and pumpkin.
Visit Café Asean and you`ll get a place that cooks up southeastern Asian food. Expect the average entrée to cost from $8 to $12, and it is appropriate to dress casual.
Eating & Drinking: Open for lunch and dinner.
Details to Note: Reservations are accepted. Delivery and carryout are available.
