An airy, bright lunchroom stocked with black-and-white movie stills opens onto a small garden patio in back. Loud rock music thumps, and while it`s more spare than Benny`s Burritos downtown, Blockhead`s has that same energy -- and is from the same owner. Burritos and fajitas are healthy California-style, and the menu also encompasses the wrap craze: tortillas holding Jamaican jerk chicken, Thai steak, or grilled portobello mushrooms, spinach and goat cheese.
If you try out Blockhead`s, you`ll find an eatery that focuses on a Mexican menu. Expect the average entrée to cost $8 to $12, and people for the most part go dressed casual, but fashionable.
