Enter the calm, white interior of Raw Living Foods -- where patrons have the option sitting cross legged on the floor to dine off of low tables -- and you`ll immediately become aware that something is different. Well, there`s no kitchen, since the cuisine here is completely uncooked. It`s a vegetarian and purists delight, where you can feast not only on giant salads but also sushi, smoothies, and sunbaked pizzas. The results are tasty, clean, and very unusual.
Visit Raw - Living Foods and you`ll get a restaurant that serves a Japanese, Mexican and variety of other cuisines. Expect the average entrée to cost in the range of $8 to $12, and you should generally dress casual.
