Sal and Vinnie`s, gives diners a chance to relive the good ol` days, with its retro-vintage steakhouse in Norwood. Sinatra croons, woodwork gleams, beef dominates the somewhat pricey menu and there`s not a scrap of 90s food in the joint. One gets the sneaking suspicion Sal & Vinnie`s is destined to become part of a chain of "throwback" restaurants, capitalizing on America`s fascination with the "romantic" war years. Yikes. Wasn`t meat rationed back then? As the name suggests, you can`t go wrong ordering a steak here.
