As reported in numerous travel and food publications, Pacific Time is a definite stop for those on a South Florida vacation. "I cook Asian influenced American food with a French head," says Jonathan Eismann, a Culinary Institute of America (Hyde Park, NY) graduate. Jonathan features line-caught and farm-raised seafood for his SoBe menu adaptation that he brings to you from the New York kitchens of China Grill.
If you go to Pacific Time, you`ll find a fine dining establishment that concentrates on eclectic American and Pacific Rim and is most sought for their seafood. Expect the average entrée to cost over $30, and you can dress any way you choose -- within reason.
Atmosphere: The restaurant has a fashionable décor enhanced by displayed artwork. In general, the lighting is set quite dim. The restaurant has a formal atmosphere -- frequented by an upscale crowd. Table talk requires you to speak up a bit here.
