Mia Francesca is a restaurant you wish would open in your neighborhood. Chic but not too formal and serving inexpensive, fabulous Italian food, it`s a great place to see and be seen. There`s a patio bar tucked in the back, with a few tables for the lucky, that makes the sometimes considerable wait seem like minutes.
