Atmosphere: You`ll be able to take in the view of waterfalls and palm trees from many seats at this eatery. Architectually, the restaurant is in an unusual structure. The restaurant has an original wood finished Carribean style décor with a tropical theme. The interior is accented by bright tones, enhanced by tropical plants, and the lighting is moderate. Water falls, in general, are considered graceful -- here comllimenting the overall décor, and there are hardwood floors.
The place is spacious with seating for 165 people. It is friendly and relaxed and patroned mostly by locals. Table talk is no problem - noise level here is moderate. Also, you`ll notice that there is an oyster bar.

The cuisine here is influenced by Fusion-style cooking is implemented at the Florida Grille. We blend Caribbean, Cajun and backyard style cooking in making a variety of seafood and pasta dishes, as well as special seasonings to give that extra zest of flavor. Recipes have been considered unique and creative. Some of the more popular menu items include: the Jump Up Platter, which consists of snow crab legs, crab cakes, boiled shrimp and hush puppies, the ``Mammoth`` T-bone, blackened tuna and amberjack, homemade gumbo and oher daily specials.
