About the Chef: Gunter Preuss is the chef/owner. He has many years of experience, previously at the Versailles on St. Charles Avenue and as the Executive Chef at the Blue room in the Fairmont Hotel when it was in its heyday. The chef de cuisine is David Luna, and he is among the most talented young chefs on the scene today.

The Management: Broussard`s is owned by Gunter and Evelyn Preuss. They have the style, experience, and knowledge to make Broussard`s a special dining destination.
