This Chinese restaurant, located right where Chinatown meets North Beach, is rumored to have some of the best food in the city. (At least, Chinese embassy officials like to dine here when in town.) There is absolutely no atmosphere to speak of, unless you like incredibly bright fluorescent lights and a lime green interior, but one bite of the roast squid with salt and pepper will transport you to culinary heaven. Also try the deep fried stuffed tofu, as well as the braised noodles with scallions and ginger. Bring your own wine if you want to drink.
Here you`ll find a place that serves a Chinese menu dominated by seafood. Expect to pay under $8 per person.
Eating & Drinking: Open for lunch and dinner.
Details to Note: Entrances and walkways are wheelchair friendly. The restaurant stays open late. Parking has been arranged for customers.
Ways to Pay: Cash Only
Hours of Operation: LUNCH: and DINNER: Wed-Mon
