The White Horse Tavern located in the Beresford Hotel creates an authentic English tavern replete with dark wood wainscoting, fox hunting prints, and brass chandeliers. The electric fireplace, flame-shaped light bulbs in the lamps and fake books in the cases lend a Disney-esque pretense to the suspension of disbelief but the kidney pie, meatloaf and prime-rib are probably better than what you`d get in merry old England.
