Eating out at Vim used to be in now it`s out as the restaurant has gone to a mostly takeout format. The edgy Thai food is still here and draws many a local into the red dining room but the majority of patrons call it in and pick it up. A busy, busy place where English is the second language but the palate is pleased to taste the harmonic flavors of traditionally cooked and perfectly presented Thai.
