The owner is unfriendly, the plastic grapes on the ceiling look older than the hills and the menu is pizza, pasta and salad. Why go there? Because Victor`s has an undeniable charm and better-than-decent pizza. The salads are huge and vinegary: the dinner green salad, only $2.95, includes romaine, garbanzo beans, salami, onions and pepperoncini. Victor`s is open late on the weekends (until 12:30 a.m.), so you can satisfy your cravings with a bottle of Valpolicella ($10.50) and a cheese pizza long after the other restaurants have closed.
With focus on an Italian cuisine, this is a family pizzeria. Expect the average entrée to cost roughly $12 to $20.
Atmosphere: The place has an authentic décor. The interior is enhanced by displayed artwork, and the lighting is set quite dim. Tables are covered with linen tableclothes. The restaurant is relaxed -- patroned by all kinds of people.
