The tiny Tulsa Rib Company has been kicking serious rib heinie since way back in `81 when it opened. They cater to, uh, sports teams we can`t mention and other industry luminaries out of a mini-mall closet-size storefront. The secret? Plain food. They don`t drop the ball. The creamed corn, coleslaw, cornbread, baby back ribs and boneless beef ribs aren`t anything fancy - they`re just good, straight interpretations. The marinated chicken is good rolled in a tortilla with some nice spicy salsa.
Stop in Tulsa Rib Company for a place that offers guests an American cuisine especially known for ribs. Expect the average entrée to cost $8 to $12.
