The cool blue sign outside hints at what you`ll find behind the doors: cool atmosphere, cool (practically indifferent) service, and a cool bar crowd. Timo`s is casualness to the nth degree. You won`t get much help from the waiters when placing your order, but stay cool û pretty much everything on the menu is good. Grilled mussels with garlic and white wine are a stand-out, and chicken croquettes with white sauce are crunchy and light. Unlike many tapas bars, Timo`s also has excellent entrees: the fresh fish of the day is always a great choice.
