This Civic Center branch, located across from the Opera Plaza, is a quick place to grab some noodles and barbecued meat and poultry before the movies. It`s a little sterile inside, with its hard Formica surfaces and lavender color scheme, but the barbecue duck noodles are worth it. Everything`s hot off the grill here, and marinated in a pungent sauce beforehand. The full dinner includes a shredded carrot salad and rice.
