Tandoori nights has been hailed as one of the best Indian food restaurants in town by the local press. Clean white walls appointed with brass sconces and landscapes are the modern setting for such an old and respected cuisine to be served. Chef Kibria has recently moved to this locale from working in the top restaurants in England. His specialty is a whole chicken stuffed with minced lamb and herbs, cooked in a special sauce and served on basmati rice.
