Located in a converted house in the upscale section of Madison Valley, Rover`s takes the idea of a neighborhood restaurant to new levels. Elegant yet comfortable, it is a place to linger over a meal. Chef Thierry Rautureau does wonders with fresh seafood: recently, steamed whole Maine lobster with leeks, lobster mushrooms, summer Perigord truffles, and a balsamic vinegar infusion was featured. For dessert, the trio of dark, white, and gianduja chocolate mousses with an espresso sauce stands out. The prix-fixe dinners change daily; they include an eight course Chef`s Grand menu, a five course tasting menu, and a vegetarian tasting menu.
If you try out Rover`s, you`ll find a fine dining restaurant that offers guests French. The menu is fixed at $59-$97 per person.
Atmosphere: You`ll be able to take in the available view from many seats at this facility. The restaurant has an elegant décor enhanced by flowers at the tables. The restaurant has a romantic atmosphere.
